TechWest Racing Services has developed a coil wire that will allow a racer to detune (Soften Up the throttle response) of the race engine at the racetrack. By swapping out the current coil wire for a DrySlik Coil Wire the race car will feel as if one of the sparkplug wires has failed or fallen off. The result being a race engine that will still rev but with a slower rate of climb (lazy throttle response) giving the driver an opportunity to handle changing grip issues at a race track.
Currently TechWest Racing Services is planning a limited production launch around the end of June. At this time we would like to offer any interested racers the opportunity to preorder a DrySlik Coil Wire for their racing program.

Road Racing: Allows the racer to take enough out of the race engine to have access to better lap times during competition at a Rain event
The preorder process requires the following: racer needs to provide current coil length? What coil are they running? What kind of connector boot is used at the Distributor?
The cost for each DrySlik Coil Wire is $125.00 plus shipping.
The make up of our DrySlik Coil Wire is a High grade 8mm racing sparkplug wire with a protective abrasion sleeve running the length of the cable. Our DrySlik Coil Wire will work for 4cyl, 6cyl or 8cyl applications. The actual working device is a custom-made aerospace grade High frequency/High voltage unit. The cable ends can be either standard HEI style or a combination of HEI style and standard plug in ignition coil connector.
